Early-access privacy notice
Effective October 6, 2026. This notice covers the JustBloom marketing website and its early-access list. It does not describe all processing within the separate CRM.
What we collect
If you submit the early-access form, we collect your first name, email address, optional workflow preference, the submission time, and the form notice version. We do not request customer messages, health details, doTERRA credentials, or payment information on this website.
How we use it
The project operator uses these details to manage interest in JustBloom and contact you about early-access or pilot availability. Submitting the form does not create a paid subscription or authorize contact with your customers. No welcome email is sent automatically by this version of the website.
Where information is stored
Early-access details are stored in the website's hosted database. Website hosting and storage are provided through Sites and Cloudflare. If this version requires ChatGPT sign-in, the hosting platform also processes your sign-in according to its own policies. The website does not store your ChatGPT password.
Access and sharing
The early-access list is intended for the project operator. This website provides no public directory of submissions and does not sell the list. Hosting providers process information to operate their services.
Retention and your choices
Details are retained while early-access interest is being managed. You can request access, correction, or removal by emailing jdmorgenstein@gmail.com. Removal requests require an operator action; they are not automatic.
Cookies and external links
This version does not install advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use authentication cookies. Typography is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the browser request. Links to the CRM and external providers lead to services with their own access requirements and privacy information.
