JustBloom Connect setup and support
JustBloom Connect syncs authorized doTERRA team, volume and order reports into JustBloom. The synced web app can then be opened on your phone or tablet. The extension requires desktop Chrome 120 or newer; mobile Chrome does not run it.
The current release serves an invitation-only, owner-private JustBloom workspace. Installing the extension does not create a JustBloom account or grant access to another workspace.
Connect and sync
- Install JustBloom Connect in desktop Chrome once the Chrome Web Store listing is available.
- Sign in to JustBloom Connections and doTERRA MyOffice in that Chrome profile.
- Generate a one-use pairing code in Connections, paste it into the extension, read the data disclosure and authorize the sync.
- Choose Sync now. The extension opens its own background MyOffice tab. Keep both accounts signed in and avoid running another sync at the same time.
- Optionally enable daily sync at 9 AM Eastern. Chrome must be running. Expired sessions require you to sign in again and resume. If pagination was interrupted, stop and start a fresh sync.
Try it without an account
The extension’s “Try a fictional sample report” button runs its bundled report parser locally. It shows clearly labeled fictional data and does not contact doTERRA, create a connection, or import records into JustBloom.
Troubleshooting
If a report layout or owner account does not match, collection stops. Do not share passwords, pairing codes, browser tokens or private reports with support. Describe the error message and your Chrome version instead. Disconnect in the extension or revoke a browser in JustBloom Connections to stop its authorization.
